前作は極初期1989年〜2003年までのイラストを厳選したベストセレクション集だが今回は2004年〜2006年に描かれたほぼ全作品を網羅！！ 初期と現在のスギを結ぶリンク的な作品群はこの時期でしか表せない画風の魅力に満ち溢れている！白と黒を基調とした点描を基盤にカラー作品も増え、アーティスト「SUGI」の新たな試み、成長、葛藤が垣間見えるのもこの時期ならでは！
イラスト中心であった前作に対して、今作はイラストに纏わるSUGI自身の回想や、イラストに関わった人達のコメント、コラムなどを掲載し、読み物としてもがっつり楽しめる内容になっており、未発表作品も多数収録されてます！！

山口県岩国市出身。
1989年広島の大学在籍中にBLOODSUCKERレコーズ第一弾のカセットジャケットでデビュー以来、国内外のハードコアバンドのジャケットを中心に多数発表。
ハードコアイラストレイターとして世界中に多くのファンを持つ。
2012年初となる画集「B/W SHIRO KURO Sugi's drawings 1989-2003」を発表。現在も好調な売れ行きを示し、あらたなファンの獲得に成功している。
近年ではダイナミックプロのオフィシャルでデビルマンTシャツを発表し、音楽以外のファン層にもアピールしている日本を代表するイラストレーターである。

While the previous volume was a best-of selection featuring carefully chosen illustrations from his earliest period (1989-2003), this new collection encompasses nearly all works created from 2004 to 2006!! This collection bridges the gap between SUGI's early and current styles, brimming with the unique charm of his artistic expression only possible during this period! While still grounded in his signature black-and-white pointillism, this era saw an increase in color works, offering a glimpse into the new experiments, growth, and struggles of the artist “SUGI” – truly a defining moment in his career!
Unlike the previous volume, which focused primarily on illustrations, this edition includes SUGI's own reflections on the artwork, comments from people involved in the illustrations, columns, and more, making it a thoroughly enjoyable read. It also features numerous previously unpublished works!!
