DISCHARGE 「Noise not music」 Audio & Visual history 1980-1983 BOOK + 4xCD が、以前発売されていた同ボックスセットより更にページ数も曲数も大幅にアップして再登場。
今現在、DISCHARGEに関する最も総合的な本であり数百枚にものぼる写真の数々（1980年Northwood Parish Hall、1980年Tunstall Town Hall、1981年Stevenage Bowes Lyon House、1981年Rome、1981年Yugoslavia、1982年Zig Zag Clubなど）。さらに、レアなギグ・フライヤー、音楽誌のインタビュー、特集、リリースの広告や音源のレビューの切り抜き、悪名高きDISCHARGEコレクター、Rich Walker(SORE THROAT)とLeigh Rocker(Excrement Of War)が調査・執筆した歴史的に正確なバンド・ヒストリー、1977年から1983年までの記録、RAINY、TEZ、BONES、GARY、BAMBI、POOCH、そしてバンド・マネージャーのTanyaによる新たなインタビュー資料と寄稿が添えられている。
